Compensation: $15 - $17 Hourly
Program Duration: 16 Weeks Starting from January 2025
Position Overview:
This role will give you the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of essential documentation that will be critical for TOCA Social’s expansion into new markets. This is a paid internship of up to 20 hours weekly, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive guides and manuals that ensure operational excellence and brand consistency. We seek individuals who are detail-oriented, strategic thinkers, and passionate about setting high standards that drive success across all venues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive TOCA Social Overview document that introduces the company's mission, vision, values, and strategic goals, essential for onboarding new teammates and partners.
- Create an Operations Manual detailing procedures and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency across all locations, covering aspects like guest service protocols, inventory management, and maintenance schedules.
- Develop a Bar Guide with guidelines for bar operations, including drink recipes, presentation standards, and guest interaction tips.
- Outline a F&B Playbook that details food and beverage operations, including menu creation, food safety standards, and kitchen procedures.
- Compile a Service, Standards & Success manual that includes guest experience protocols, performance benchmarks, and strategies for achieving operational excellence.
- Create a Property Playbook with comprehensive guidelines for property management, including maintenance protocols, safety standards, and emergency procedures.
- Document Design, Look & Feel standards to ensure a cohesive and appealing aesthetic across all locations, covering interior design principles and branding elements.
- Develop a Branding Guide detailing TOCA Social's brand identity, including logo usage, color schemes, typography, and messaging.
- Create a Social Media Playbook outlining a strategy for the company’s social media presence, including content guidelines, posting schedules, and engagement tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all documentation is aligned with TOCA Social's growth strategy and operational goals.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in developing comprehensive documentation for operational and brand consistency.
- Strong understanding of hospitality and experience-based venues, with a focus on operational excellence.
- Ability to create detailed manuals and playbooks covering various aspects of venue operations, including guest service, bar and kitchen operations, property management, and branding.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate company goals into actionable documents that support scaling and quick adoption in new markets.
- Experience in collaborating with teams to ensure the implementation of consistent standards across all locations.
- Strong communication skills to clearly articulate procedures and guidelines.
