Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and personable Hospitality Host to join our team. 

As a Hospitality Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their visit. You will play a key role in providing a positive and memorable experience for our guests by greeting them, showing them around the facilities, and being available to answer any questions or provide assistance as needed. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they feel valued and appreciated. 
  • Escort guests to their designated areas. 
  • Be readily available throughout the guests’ stay to assist with any questions, concerns, or special requests. 
  • Address any issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. 
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless and pleasant guest experience. 

Requirements  

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanour. 
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not essential. 
  • Ability to multitask and handle guest requests in a professional and efficient manner. 
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
  • A proactive and positive attitude, with a passion for providing excellent customer service. 
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to anticipate guest needs.
