The dedicated Global Football Development Education & Football Development Centre Coordinator will work closely with the Domestic Programme Manager and Operations Manager to develop a strategic plan to enhance our Education & Football Development Centre programme in terms of quality delivery, reach and financial targets. This will include working closely with the programme Head Coaches to support
delivery on and off the pitch and to develop a comprehensive recruitment plan in order to continue to expand our reach across all partnerships.
The position will involve working irregular hours (e.g., evenings / Saturdays / Sundays / Bank Holidays) so a flexible candidate is sought.

JOB PURPOSE
To support the coordination and development of all Education & Football Development Centre programmes delivered in partnership with our Further and Higher Education providers. This includes the coordinating, planning, strategy, promotion, and recruitment of all post 16+ girls and boys programmes. Ensure that all programme (and associated events) operations, logistics and coaching are delivered in a professional manner and to a high quality, adhering to all relevant Club policies, operating procedures, and coaching philosophies.
