The Albion Foundation Girls' Games Programme (GGP) is looking for a Lead Coach to join the team and support the development of our players. The Lead Coach will be responsible for Planning, Leading, Coaching and Developing a chosen age group in the GGP, with up to 20 players in each age group.
The purpose of the Lead Coach is to develop all players within an group to attain the highest levels of performance possible in a safe, secure and supportive environment.
You will drive and nurture a positive culture within the training group. Be a coach who makes the Girls Games Programme (GGP) a place where players learn, have fun and develop a love for the game. You will support the age group lead coach in delivering football coaching sessions in line with the technical curriculum/blueprint and also be responsible for delivering football coaching sessions.
You will be an advocate and guardian of the women’s game.
