Job Description

The Role


We are looking for an innovative Venue Analyst to join the team and play a key role in driving positive change to the supporter experience on both match-days and non-matchdays.

The Venue Department is responsible for the sales and fulfilment of all seasonal and match-by-match ticketing and hospitality inventory across all general admission and premium areas of Emirates Stadium and Meadow Park for all Men and Women’s first team fixtures.

Your day-to-day


  • Operational excellence - you have a focus on supporting and enhancing the delivery of the ticketing and hospitality strategy
  • Innovative project work - you will provide coordination support for all strategic projects across the venue team
  • Provide insightful data analysis - you will interrogate and validate data held in the ticketing system, to identify and resolve potential data issues
  • Enhance our processes - you will identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes across the department
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders - you will provide data outputs to internal stakeholders according to their specified requirements
  • Oversee user testing - you will assist with the planning and coordinating of user testing, issue capture and resolution for key projects

 

What we are looking for


  • Project management skills - proven experience in managing/supporting complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and adherence to quality standards
  • Natural problem solver - you have the ability to see things through to completion in a fast paced, learning environment
  • Dedicated team player - you possess a positive, can-do attitude with the ability to collaborate with our internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail - you are an analytical thinker with an eye for detail and the ability to efficiently problem solve and multi-task
  • Strong technical knowledge - you're a confident user of Microsoft office as well as project management analytical tools and frameworks
  • Best-in-class communicator and team player - you've got excellent communication skills and are able to build impactful relationships both internal and external

Please note: This role will also have home matchday responsibilities, which may include leading or supporting the briefing and monitoring of casual matchday staff to ensure smooth stadium access and resolution of any ad-hoc issues
