Job Title: Night Leagues Administrator
Location: NYCFC Offices & Various Sites (Saturday nights)
Job Type: Part-Time (15-30 hours/week)
Duration: September 14 – August 2 (45 weeks)
Reports to: Senior Manager of Community Development

Role Overview:
The Night Leagues Administrator will manage the non-soccer aspects of the Night Leagues program, ensuring smooth operations across three sites. This role involves coordinating events, tracking attendance, overseeing evaluations, and engaging volunteers and partners. You’ll work closely with NYCFC staff, program partners, and community organizations to foster youth engagement and ensure program impact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
  • Coordinate and facilitate 15-30 professional development/volunteer events across all sites (2 in 2024, 5 in 2025), including managing logistics such as scheduling, venue management, and equipment preparation.
  • Oversee Night Leagues newsletter communications, providing monthly updates to players, site administrators, partner organizations, and employees.
  • Collaborate with the CITC Program Development and Operations Manager to ensure smooth curriculum delivery and track attendance and program outcomes.
  • Develop and manage a social media schedule to highlight program successes and key stories, capturing and sharing content from each Night Leagues site to increase visibility and engagement.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • Strong organizational skills and a willingness to manage multiple tasks.
  • Interest or some experience in program managementevent coordination, or youth development is a plus.
  • Good communication skills and eagerness to build partnerships.
  • Open to working Saturday nights and some weekdays.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and engaging with diverse groups.
 
COMPENSATION:
  • This part-time non-exempt position has an hourly rate of $25.00 and is overtime eligible.
