Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for a Head of Scouting to support its First Team Scouting and Recruitment operations at our Training Ground Facility at Clayton Wood in Trent Vale. The Head of Scouting will be responsible for implementing and overseeing a rigorous and robust scouting process to identify the best possible talent available to the Club, whilst also supporting the Chief Executive Officer and First Team Manager in the implementation of the Club’s strategy and football philosophy.
The ideal candidate will be accountable for making and advising on judgements regarding current and future First Team composition.
Key Skills and Experience
