THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:
  •  Transportation
    • Provide transportation services by driving our top management, other senior staff members and FIFA guests to various appointments, events, and meetings,
    • Coordination and oversight of all transport requests, including driver allocations,
    • Management of company’s car fleet including organising services, dealing with accident and insurance claims,
    • Support with shift planning and stand-by duties to ensure adequate coverage,
    • Provide high-quality services for all staff, clients, and guests transported.
  • Security:      
    • Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a secure environment for our top management and senior staff members travel,
    • Stay informed about current local events and activities that are relevant to the Executive Office,
    • Relationship-building and close cooperation with local authorities,
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact for our top management, supporting with incoming inquiries and requests;
  • Special Requests: Support  our top management on all kinds of ad hoc requests, emergencies, or other projects as needed.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  • Expert knowledge of Zurich area and Swiss road safety regulations,
  • Safe driving style and clean driving record,
  • Valid driver’s license,
  • Military or law enforcement background is an advantage,
  • Client oriented, discreet, efficient and effective,
  • Team player, ability to work under pressure,
  • Flexible and motivated in a dynamic environment (short notice changes),
  • Punctual and reliable.
