The club is proud to have won the EFL Family Experience Gold Award and we are looking to further improve supporter experience.
The Here to Help team is a part of the match day experience and we are looking to increase the team.
Responsibilities
Provide a visible presence on matchdays as a point of contact for supporters: a jacket will be provided.
Assist home and away supporters on matchdays, dealing with simple requests.
Assist with specific needs of supporters to enhance their match day experience.
Feedback supporters’ comments on their matchday experience to the SLO so the experience can be improved.
Assist with the activities in the fan zone.
Assist with programme sales.
Be available 2 hours before kick-off.
Be available for training with SLO as and when required.
Attend home game as required. (Minimum of 10 games a season)
