Club Brugge is looking for a First Team Scout
Will you be the one to discover and analyze new targets for the national champion Club Brugge? Club Brugge is looking for an additional scout for the first team.
YOUR ROLE?
As a First Team Scout, you will join the team of scouts & screeners, reporting to the Head of Scouting. Your fulltime role and responsibilities are divided into two main parts:

Video Scouting: You analyze players based on available Wyscout or Eyeball footage and data, assessing their strengths and weaknesses using various attributes and based on the football vision of Club Brugge.

Live Scouting: You have the opportunity to go out and evaluate top targets during live matches.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE HAS:

A passion for football (data) and experience within the (professional) football world.

Knowledge of the Jupiler Pro League, Club Brugge, and Club NXT U23.

A good understanding and knowledge of different playing styles and player profiles.

Experience with football data and metrics from StatsBomb, Skillcorner, and Opta.

Good communication skills in Dutch or English, both written and spoken.
Work environment?
You will be part of a high-performance environment that values teamwork and open communication. From Tuesday to Thursday, you will work with the entire scouting and recruitment team from our Basecamp in Knokke-Heist, while on other days of the week, you can report from home. Your flexibility allows you to contribute in the evenings and weekends when necessary.
