Job Description

Job Title: Schools & Sports Participation Manager

Reports to: Community Programme Manager

Department: School & Sport Participation

Salary: £30,000.00 – £34,000.00

Hours: This is a permanent role of 37.5 hours per week requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends and match days as required.

Job Purpose:

To manage and oversee the School and Participation strand of Rotherham United Community Trust (RUCT) by working with the management team, staff, partners and young people to implement and deliver the trusts strategy.

To be responsible for providing the vision for all School & Sport Participation work to support our agenda for working at the heart of the Rotherham community.

The post holder will Manage, Coordinate, deliver and expand all activities under the Trusts key strand of its School Sports Partnership and Sports Participation programme, including but not limited to; Premier League Primary Stars (PLPS), EFL Joy of Moving (EFL JOM), Primary School provision, Holiday Camps and Match-day activities.

Contract Details: Full time (37.5hrs), permanent. Auto-enrolment into the Club’s pension scheme (depending on eligibility), 28 days annual leave including national bank holidays.
