Job Description

Birmingham City Women’s Team is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Performance Analyst for our U21 team. This role involves coding matches, supporting analysis, and collaborating with coaching staff to enhance player performance and team strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Code Women’s U21s matches based on coaching staff requirements.
  • Support the creation and delivery of pre- and post-match meeting resources.
  • Manage the Hudl account for the Women’s U21s team.
  • Assist in providing analysis support for the Women’s First Team.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned to the WFT/PGA/Academy multidisciplinary team (MDT) when necessary

What we're looking for in you:

Skills & Experience:

 

  • Experience using Hudl software and products, specifically Sportscode.
  • Producing pre- and post-match meeting content and resources.
  • Analysing performance data.
  • Experience in filming live matches and live coding.
  • Desire to learn and develop within an elite sporting environment.

  • Availability for flexible working hours

Additional Information:

  • Working Hours - Full Time
  • Weekly working pattern based around the home fixtures and training schedule of the PGA U21 Squad.
  • Applicants will be required to undertake a DBS check (previously a CRB check).
  • Must be prepared to work evenings and weekends, including travel with teams to matches, tours, and trips
  • Must hold a full and clean driving licence
