About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Account Executive to join the Club’s Partnership Management Team. 

In this exciting role you will support the delivery of exceptional service to existing and future club partners, ensuring all partners receive their full allocation of rights and additional added value.  

You will build and nurture excellent relationships across your designated portfolio and develop key internal relationships to ensure Club partners have the toolkits they need to activate their partnerships to the fullest. 

Other key responsibilities include: 

  • Supporting the delivery of best in class partnership management for your designated partner portfolio, ensuring the delivery of contractual rights through strategic partnership activations that deliver against pre-agreed objectives 

  • Establishing yourself as the initial point of contact across all of your designated partners, taking ownership of actionable tasks whilst building great relationships with key partner contacts and internal stakeholders 

  • To be responsible for the approval of partner marketing material that makes use of Club IP, ensuring the creative meets all Club brand guidelines 

  • Developing and leading on a productive and efficient communication structure with partners, ensuring that all files, contact reports and CRM systems are maintained and communicated to the wider team

  • Ensuring marketing plans are in place for each partner and are updated on an ongoing basis including all current and relevant information concerning each partner 

  • Utilise all available measurement and reporting programmes in order to build a reporting structure to track partnership performance, whilst taking responsibility for producing case studies to fully review partner activations 

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining partner inventory usage and tracking 

 

Who we are looking for;  

  • An enthusiastic, hard working problem solver who thrives working as part of a team and when given autonomy and ownership of projects 

  • Though not essential, previous experience working within partnerships or account management within the sports or marketing/advertising industries is advantageous 

  • A highly organised individual who is proactive in their approach and possesses strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with key partner contacts 

  • Excellent IT skills and proficient in using Microsoft packages including Excel and PowerPoint are essential for this role 

This position is on a permanent contract working 35 hours per week.     

The location for this role is within our Club’s iconic headquarters in the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool,with the opportunity to work flexibly with our Hybrid working approach.
