Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist with job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires
  • Prepare offer letters and manage new hire paperwork
  • Handle invoicing for third-party recruitment fees

Employee Records and Administration:

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR
  • Generate reports for the HR team as needed

Payroll and Benefits:

  • Provide employee data for payroll (e.g., leaves, sick days)
  • Manage benefits portals, ensuring information is current and accessible
  • Handle invoicing and reporting for employee benefits

What we’re looking for in you:

Essential:

  • Experience in an HR administrative role
  • Basic understanding of UK employment law
  • Familiarity with HR systems and office tools

Desirable:

  • Experience in a football club or sporting organisation

Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Please note a DBS check and UK work eligibility are mandatory for this role.
