As a Video Recruitment Analyst at a Premier League football club, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the club's recruitment process by providing detailed analysis and insights on potential transfer targets. The role is responsible for analysing and producing detailed videos on potential targets for AFC Bournemouth and Black Knight Football clubs that contribute to the decision-making process of the recruitment team.
· Learn the requirements of a player for Bournemouth & Black Knight Football.
· Follow a process of analysing each player with respect of specific categories for each position.
· Analyse video footage of potential transfer targets, assessing their performance, technical abilities, tactical intelligence and overall fit for the club.
· Create well-structured and edited videos with telestrations and slides added to emphasise your points.
· Utilise performance data and statistics alongside video analysis to offer a well-rounded evaluation.
· Produce detailed reports on player performances aligned with the analysis videos.
· Follow a quality control process to ensure each video meets the necessary requirements before uploading to our share platform.
· As a member of staff to ensure in all matters, you follow and actively promote the club’s mental health policies and practices to ensure an open, non-judgmental and inclusive environment for everyone engaged with the club.
· As a member of staff to ensure that you to adhere to the club’s safeguarding policies and procedures and are committed to our safeguarding values, creating a safe and positive environment for all those who interact with the club.

· Bachelor’s degree in Sports performance, analysis or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience within a professional football club as an analyst.
· Sound tactical knowledge of football.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to combine video analysis with data to form comprehensive player assessments.
· Must be proficient on Hudl Sportscode and Microsoft office.
· Ability to work as part of a team.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· High level of discretion and professionalism.
· Positive attitude to always improve.
· Passionate about football and committed to the club’s success.
· Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
