Celtic Football Club are looking to recruit Sales Assistants to support the daily operation of our Glasgow Airport store. Reporting to the Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing support to ensure the efficient running of the retail units, in line with the requirements of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times
- Replenishing and handling stock items
- Ensure that all stock is stored safely and securely as directed by supervisor
- Ensure that a high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times
- Accurate cash handling at all times
- Ensure accurate completion of all company documentation
- Receiving and checking deliveries and notifying supervisor of any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety legislation and Fire regulations
- In addition to these functions, the successful candidate will be required to carry out such other duties as may reasonably be required as they evolve with development, knowledge and familiarity of the job
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of working within a fast paced, retail environment
- Enthusiastic approach to work with excellent customer service and communication skills
