Casual Ballerz is a youth development organisation and our mission is to change the lives and potential futures of young people from underserved communities. We are a non profit with a large community mission and purpose. Along with our holistic development mission, we also have sporting targets to finish in the top 3 of our semi professional football league. We have impacted 1000s of young people across 8 years and plan to expand our impact further.
JOB PURPOSE
The primary purpose of the Photographer at Casual Ballerz is to visually document and enhance the brand and narrative through high-quality, compelling photography.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop creative concepts and photography plans for various projects.
• Club photographer on matchdays - home and away.
• Attend training sessions once per week, matches, and other club events to document the team's progress and successes.
• Regularly check and maintain photography equipment, ensuring all cameras, lenses, and accessories are in good working condition and ready for use at any time.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• An excellent eye for creative imagery that works well across the Club's various platforms.
• Versatility - the ability to capture high-quality, engaging imagery as well as top quality match action photography.
• Understanding of lighting
• Flexible with working hours and happy to work evenings and unsociable hours.
