Job Title: Partnerships Digital Video Producer
Department: Integrated Marketing & Communications
Reports To: Supervising Producer
Position Summary:
The Partnerships Video Producer will be directly responsible for collaborating across departments to produce sponsored content that furthers the FCC brand while growing our audience on social and digital platforms. This position will work primarily with the partnerships team to create engaging content that aligns with FCC’s vision as well as our partners’ missions.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with internal partnership and marketing teams to fulfill all sponsored and partnership digital content agreements
- Produce, film, and edit long form and short form video features in multiple aspect ratios for social media, digital, in-stadium, and sometimes broadcast platforms
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders while meeting client goals and expectations
- Participate in cross-functional ideation sessions to produce video content that aligns with club marketing initiatives, brand guidelines, and partner goals
- Support content team members in the production of FCC tentpole events such as schedule release, kit launch, and media day
- Stay up to date with social media trends, and new shooting/editing techniques
- Film partnership and community events which may fall on weekends, nights or holidays
- May be required to travel, which may include air travel and/or overnight stay for one or more nights
What You'll Bring:

- Strong videography and editing capabilities with an emphasis on storytelling
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage timelines, and deliver quality creative work under tight deadlines
- Excellent writing and proof-reading skills, including superior attention to detail
- Experience collaborating in a team environment and effectively communicating across departments to achieve shared goals; specifically experience working in/around corporate, agency or client services environment
- Open to feedback and addresses client revisions in an efficient manor
- Technical expertise in cameras (Sony FX3, FX6), lighting, and audio equipment with proficiency in post-production and editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and DaVinci Resolve
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training or experience required
- 3+ years of experience in Cinematography, Video Production, Digital Media, or related field
- Ability to work outside of regular business hours including but not limited to weekends and holidays as required by the FCC game schedule, special events, and projects
