Salary: $43,000 - $57,000 base salary
Working Pattern: up to 5 days/week in office
As a College Live Ops Coordinator, you will be working as part of a growing team to deliver Video Replay (and the possibility of some tracking) services to the SEC College conference.
The sports included in the SEC delivery are Soccer, Volleyball, Men’s & Women’s Basketball, Baseball & Softball. This is our inaugural year with the SEC, and we are excited to bring this project to life!
Assisting the Live Operations Team in getting the College project off the ground as we start new sports
Produce thorough documentation for (and possibly deliver) training of college replay staff (both onsite technicians, and Birmingham) - alongside Service Ops.
Produce and refine thorough documentation for operational workflows (including but not limited to checklists, reporting, disaster recovery etc).
Making sure to challenge process - identify any gaps and/or inefficiencies in the way things are done
Working closely with the Project team to:
Assist in completion of the Site Surveys required for all venues
Assist in onsite system installations for the Summer Sports and the creation of documentation for this
Keep on top of quirks for installs and beyond (alongside the Hardware QA team)
Working closely with the Tech Ops team:
Although initially Tech Ops will be driving the software development, to be the first level of resolution for operational issues and challenges (before handing over)
Provide feedback on the software - from a functionality as well as an ease of use standpoint
Get software set up and configured for the Live deliveries
The candidate will be responsible for ‘live’ operational quality of the Replay deliverables; ensure systems are set up correctly, and internally are fully functional to ensure delivery.
As with the nature of the events this spans, you will need to be prepared to work long days at weekends and midweek evenings, as we work whenever sport happens.
We will equip you with the training, support and full exposure to our systems to perform your day to day tasks but also encourage development and progression to help make an impact on what we do.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Good depth of knowledge in at least one Hawk-Eye service
Good level of experience on Remote Support - both from a system standpoint, and a communication standpoint
Attention to detail for completing documentation
Comfortable challenging current processes
Good depth of knowledge of Collegiate sport, and a general interest in the sports this encompasses
Proactive, problem-solving attitude

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $43,000 to $57,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for a limited benefits package including healthcare benefits (medical, dental, and vision), vacation time, and eighty hours of paid sick leave time annually.
