THE POSITION

These are your key tasks:
  • Develop and innovate football-specific health education resources for different global contexts across multiple platforms, including performing both needs- and impact assessments.
  • Be a global connection point for medical education in football, including collaboration with confederations, member associations, leagues, FIFA Medical Centres of Excellence, and more.

The specific competencies we require for this position are:
  • Master’s or doctorate degree in a sports medicine related area, including physiotherapy, or public health. 
  •  Min. 5 years of experience in developing and managing educational programs, preferably in a sports or football context.
  • In-depth understanding of health issues relevant to football players. 
  • Familiarity with global health education standards and practices.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices in sports medicine, including the ability to evaluate and integrate research findings into educational materials.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of current instructional strategies appropriate for healthcare professionals.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, any other FIFA language is an asset.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  •  Occasional travel expected.
