With over 9 years of coaching expertise & professional playing experience throughout our staff, our dedicated team is committed to helping players achieve professional-level training. We offer personalised one-on-one and small group sessions to ensure each player receives unique detail. Additionally, academy, development, team & group finishing sessions are held weekly along with “Camp CTA” running throughout holiday periods.

**Role Description:**

Conor Thomas Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced coach. The coach will be pivotal in conducting individual and small group training sessions, offering expert guidance and actionable feedback to enhance players' skills and performance. Additionally, the coach will play a key role in the conducting and the organisation of various training programs, including personalised one-on-one sessions, academy group sessions, developmental training & camps. The coach should be comfortable conducting team group sessions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct high-quality training sessions for individual players, small groups & team sessions.

- Provide detailed and constructive feedback to help players improve their skills.

- Assist in the planning and organization of comprehensive training programs.

- Oversee one-on-one coaching, academy sessions, development programs & team sessions.

- Foster a positive and professional training environment.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven coaching experience with a track record of success.

- Minimum Level 2 coaching qualification.

- Strong ability to plan and execute effective training sessions.

- Deep understanding of football techniques, tactics, and strategies.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Talent for providing constructive and motivational feedback.

- Passionate about coaching and nurturing young talent.
