Main goal

The WEURO Technical Services and Overlay Manager is leading the implementation of technology projects across all match venues, collaborating with stadium teams and managing suppliers to ensure exceptional service delivery. This role is crucial in overseeing the smooth execution of all Technical Services and Overlay subprojects for 2025 UEFA Women's European Championship (WEURO 2025). 

 

Key responsibilities

  • Overseeing the implementation of the technology scope
  • Managing the cooperation with the stadium teams
  • Developing detailed stadium infrastructure reports
  • Managing and ensuring the performance of technology suppliers
  • Leading tender processes for events requiring additional overlay
  • Supporting the operations of ceremonies and fan TV teams

Skills & Requirements

 

Education

  • Any technical training/ diploma, not necessarily directly related to the work of the Technical Services and Overlay team, in connection with the required event experience

Experience

  • 4-6 years of experience organising larger events
  • 4-6 years of experience in a leading technical role at major events

Languages

  • German / Advanced
  • English / Proficient
