Carolina Velocity FC is dedicated to developing young soccer talent and fostering a love for the game. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate individual for our Youth Academy Director Role. 

Position Overview:
The Youth Academy Director will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of the training curriculum, point of contact for families, support coaches in managing game schedules, and ensuring a high standard of coaching and player development within our Youth Academy teams. This role requires a leader who is enthusiastic about youth soccer, possesses strong organizational skills, and has a proven track record in coaching and player development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training curriculum for our Youth Academy age groups in alignment with the club's philosophy and goals.
- Oversee sessions and games, providing guidance and support to ensure consistent delivery of the training program.
- Conduct regular training sessions and evaluate player progress to ensure continuous development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages player engagement and development.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, coaches, and club management.
- Stay updated with the latest coaching methodologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
- UEFA B License or equivalent; higher qualifications preferred.
- Proven experience in coaching youth soccer, particularly within youth age groups.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for developing young soccer talent and promoting a positive soccer culture.

Job Type Requirements:

• Competitive Salary and housing provided within Raleigh, North Carolina.
• The traditional work hours for this job are combined with office hours during the day/week along with evening and weekend hours on the field and at remote sites
