Job Description

Hull City FC is looking for a dynamic Marketing Campaign Executive to join our team! This is your chance to be part of a fast-paced environment where you’ll support and execute innovative campaigns that connect our Club with fans, members, and the community.

 

Position Type: Permanent, Full time

Hours: 37.5 per week (full time)

Location: MKM Stadium, Hull HU3 6HU

Salary/Pay: £23-£25k

Closing Date: 16th September 2024

 

Your key responsibilities

 

·         Support and execute the delivery of assigned campaigns and Club outreach internally and externally.

·         Support the innovation of new content to ensure brand perception and activations are maximised across all known projects.

·         To ensure that as a front facing member of the team that the department is supported to run in an efficient and positive manner.

 

What are we looking for?

 

·         Planning and delivering of marketing campaigns across all aspects of customer communication including email, website, app, social (organic and paid) and print.

·         Delivery of specific key campaigns linked to:

§  Memberships

§  Home match tickets

§  Retail

§  Tigers+ VOD

 

·         Focus on growth of Hull City audience and increase in matchday attendances, including engagement with local schools, businesses and grassroots clubs.

·         Support the Content Manager in relation to scheduling notifications for social channels where appropriate.

·         Offer support and ideas for social media campaigns

·         Suggest campaign ideas based on research and trends

·         Work with all departments on data quality and reporting

·         Assist in the development of club website and app from a data perspective

·         Review and present feedback on all Club marketing and communications activity

·         Support the department to ensure all activity is fully compliant with GDPR and data protection legislation and highlighting any levels of concern.

·         Act as brand guardian, ensuring all activity delivered is consistent and follows brand guidelines.

·         Supporting the Senior Marketing Executive, Content Manager, Creative Manager, and Head of Marketing and Commercial with any ad hoc needs

·         The safeguarding and welfare of our players is paramount and as such this position is subject to the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

In accordance with current legislative requirements the successful applicant must produce documentary verification of their eligibility to work in the UK and will not be allowed to start work until this has been received.
