JOB TITLE: Kitchen Porter

DEPARTMENT: Hotel Kitchen

REPORTING TO:  Demi chef de partieChef de partie, sous chef, head chef

JOB FUNCTION: To assist, to prepare, to cook, to control and to organise a section in the kitchen with a support of a team member

LOCATION: Millennium & Copthorne Hotel at Chelsea FC Stamford Bridge

CONTRACT: Permanent, 40 hours any 5 of 7

 

PLAY YOUR PART (Main Responsibilities):

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen area
  • Delivery management- unloading and storing away deliveries
  • Ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and stored
  • Deep cleaning fridges and storeroom to maintains sanitary and kitchen safety standards
