ABOUT US CLUB SOCCER:
A National Association member of the U.S. Soccer Federation, US Club Soccer fosters the growth and development of soccer clubs in order to create the best possible development environment for players of all ages. Anchored by Players First and its five pillars of Club Development, Coaching Development, Player Development, Parent Engagement & Education and Player Health & Safety, US Club Soccer offers registration, league- and cup-based competition platforms, player identification and a variety of other programming, resources and services.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Coordinator, Education & Development is responsible for the administration, operations, and logistics for coach education and other programming.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee registration for courses, events, and other programming.
- Provide administrative and logistics support for U.S. Soccer courses, including managing the Learning Center.
- Build and reconcile budgets for educational programs, courses, and events.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to execute events, courses, and programming.
- Assist the Vice President and Director of Coaching Education with strategic planning and yearly goals.
- Assist the Director of Coaching Education with operational support of the coach educator pool/network.
- Ensure compliance with US Club Soccer policies and safeguarding initiatives.
- Other tasks as needed.
Travel and evening/weekend work will be required.
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED:
This position requires an individual who is proactive, motivated, of high integrity, and able to work cooperatively in a team environment while representing US Club Soccer in a professional manner. Additional qualifications are as follows:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution, or equivalent previous work experience.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of previous work experience.
- Highly refined abilities in time management, prioritization, and administration.
- Proficiency with applicable software programs, such as Microsoft Office.
- Strong diligence, attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear and efficient communication skills, including competence in providing service virtually and with screensharing.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently and produce high-quality output efficiently.
- Flexibility, ability to quickly assimilate new information, quickly adapt, and learn new skills.

This position is employed by Wasserman for US Club Soccer. Compensation consists of a base salary and benefits as outlined in employment and US Club Soccer staff documents.
