Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Player Recruitment and Placement Consultant to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of scouting talent, understanding football dynamics, and negotiating placements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying promising football players, guiding them in their career development, and securing placements in suitable football clubs globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Scouting: Actively scout and recruit promising football players by attending matches, reviewing game footage, and maintaining strong networks with football academies, schools, and local clubs.
- Profile Assessment: Evaluate players' skills, potential, and suitability for various clubs, ensuring their profiles are comprehensive and highlight their strengths.
- Career Guidance: Provide ongoing advice and support to players on career management, profile enhancement, and skill development.
- Club Liaison: Build and maintain relationships with football clubs across various leagues to understand their recruitment needs and facilitate successful player placements.
- Negotiation: Handle negotiations between players and clubs, ensuring terms meet the expectations and requirements of both parties.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of market trends and opportunities in the football industry to proactively identify placement opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Track the progress and satisfaction of placed players and clubs, gathering feedback to refine recruitment strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sports management, particularly in player scouting and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of football leagues, clubs, and the overall sports market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed for scouting and meetings.
