Job Description

Reporting organisationally to the Senior Manager Hospitality Stakeholder Services the Hospitality Manager Stakeholder Services will be a key member of the FIFA26 Hospitality team, working in close collaboration with the Ticketing, Marketing Partnerships and Host Cities Team, and other key individuals responsible for supporting the operational readiness and delivery of FIFA’s Affiliate Hospitality Programme across the three host countries, ensuring an exceptional and consistent guest experience throughout the tournament.


THE POSITION

The main responsibilities and oversights of the Hospitality Manager Stakeholder Services for the FIFA World Cup 26™  include:  
• Work closely with the Official Hospitality Provider on the planning and implementation of the Affiliates Hospitality Programme.
• Support the development of affiliates hospitality venue operations plans and procedures that align with tournament objectives.
• Ensure contractual obligations and FIFA requirements are met and executed.
• Maintain high standards in-regards to the operations, experience, and servicing of FIFA’s Affiliates.
• Support the Senior Manager, Hospitality Services in collaboration with all relevant parties (FIFA, Official Hospitality Provider, Commercial Affiliates, Stadiums, etc.) to execute the affiliate hospitality activations at all 16 match venues.
• Manage logistics with Commercial Affiliates, including maps, drawings, staffing plans, ticketing & parking pass fulfilment and allocation.
• Keep a consistent and open line of communication with the Commercial Affiliates.
• Monitor clean site obligations in Hospitality areas.
• Assist with Affiliate branding & accreditation approvals.
• Manage scheduling of and attend Affiliate Hospitality site visits and workshops.
• Create reports on hospitality operations, including performance metrics, recaps, and learnings.
• Work with a team of on-site venue staff for the on-the ground execution of the Affiliates Hospitality Program at all venues.
• Track timelines, to ensure the project stays on schedule.
• Ensure all project meetings are documented and follow up on action lists in between meetings
• Keep a project library, ensure all project related documents filed and organized.
• Produce regular programme reports

YOUR PROFILE

Education & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or similar level of education in Hospitality Management, Venue Management, Corporate Sponsorships, Event Operations, etc.

Work Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in hospitality, sponsorship management, or event operations, preferably for a major sporting event.
• Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders, events, or venues simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Impeccable customer service attitude, even when under pressure.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proven project management experience.
• International business profile is a plus.

Languages
• Fluent in English and Spanish.  Proficiency in additional languages is a plus
 
 Technology

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio & Project) and planning software and online collaboration tools
