Job Description

THE POSITION

These are your key tasks :

• In cooperation with the office coordinator assist FIFA top management and stakeholders (i.e., representatives of the FIFA member associations, FIFA counterparts in France, etc.) present at the Paris office. Adhering to existing protocol, welcome and receive guests, facilitate parking, manage access control, arrange for gifts and flags, prepare meeting space, organise lunches and dinners.
• Manage events within the Paris office or at other venues in Paris, being liaison person for travel and accommodation, managing catering, processing invoices, sending invitations; coordinate other event related tasks, as requested
• Provide support to the office coordinator (mainly, facility management and inventory control related tasks)
• Ad-hoc support with the implementation of the FIFA Forward Programme and liaising with the member associations of FIFA upon request

The specific competencies we require for this position are:

• Client oriented, efficient and effective
• Bac +1/2 or in the process of obtaining a degree
• 1-2 years of event management experience (desired)
• Experience in the sports industry is an advantage
• Experience with senior officials
• Fluent in English and French, proficiency in Spanish is an asset
• Proficient in Word / PowerPoint / Excel
• Ability to travel
