SUMMARY OF ROLE:
We currently have an opportunity for 2 Academy Education Tutors at our fantastic training ground. One of the Academy Education Tutors will be responsible for delivering supported learning sessions to players on the hybrid training model as part of their compensatory education sessions on Wednesdays 09.00 – 16.00 and another Academy Education Tutor will be deliver tuition support to Academy players to support their GCSE examinations on Monday evenings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide subject specific tuition to players
Update registers and logs of work as requested
Provide written feedback for education reports
Provide feedback to Academy staff on progress, attendance and attitude to learning as needed
Liaise with parents/schools as needed
Provide appropriate resources for effective learning as needed
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERINCE:
2+ years teaching experience
QTS or equivalent
GCSE Maths & English or equivalent
FA DBS check
FA Safeguarding Children
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERINCE:
Previous experience providing 1 to 1 tuition
Previous experience working in a professional sports academy
