Job Description

San Diego Loyal Soccer Club is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the Loyal Ambassador Program. We are looking for members who want to become a part of the San Diego Loyal Soccer Club family and make our gameday experience memorable for our fans.

How you will make a difference:
  • Help guests and customers have positive memorable gameday experiences
  • Answer questions, support event coordinators, escort special guests, direct parking measures and aid ushers throughout the game day
  • Arrive two hours before the game to coordinate and go over day of tasks, stay after the game for wrap-up meetings and reflections
 
Skills for Success:
  • Positive attitude with an energetic, outgoing personality
  • Strong social skills
  • Must be a detail-oriented team player. Your ability to project-manage, act tactically and problem solve are essential to this role.
  • Must have the ability to multitask and handle multiple job duties at a time
  • Be genuine, honest and sincere with helping others
  • Share your passion for San Diego and SD Loyal Soccer Club with attendants
  • Knowledgeable about San Diego Loyal Soccer Club brand and story
  • Accept and share feedback with the Customer Service Event Team
 
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • 18 years of age and older
  • Valid driver's license, insurance, or reliable transportation required
  • Consistent Availability for the game schedule (please see below) * Must be able to attend 80% of the games.
 
Special Physical and/or Mental Requirements:
  • Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand on your feet for over 6 hours
