The Isle of Man FA is recruiting a new Referee Development Officer.
The main duties of the role will include:
- increasing the number of registered referees
- helping to recognise and reward referees
- organising referee development programmes
- finding new ways to promote refereeing
- developing and supporting the qualified referee network.
