Job Description

An exciting opportunity exists in the newly merged OneFootball and Dugout organisations to develop and grow the UK sales revenues. Reporting directly into the UK Sales Director, you will be expected to utilise existing business relationships, as well as develop new ones across the media and sports industry to educate them about the OneFootball proposition and to provide appropriate solutions to client’s challenges. Your day-to-day responsibilities will have you working closely with Agencies (Media/Sports Marketing/PR) and Clients direct.


  • Develop appropriate solutions for our brands and advertisers utilising audiences across the OneFootball App, the Dugout Network and our Social Platforms to help brands and advertisers achieve their goals.
  • Utilise existing relationships and develop new ones at relevant Media Agencies, Sports Marketing Agencies, PR Agencies and Clients to unlock revenue opportunities.
  • Establish client’s objectives, create appropriate sales responses, pitch, effectively manage your day-to-day business relationships and ensure salesforce is kept up to date.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets (both local and global bookings out of the UK).
  • Work with the UK Sales Director to structure and execute appropriate Trade Agreements with agencies and strategically important clients.
  • Forge strong internal relationships with our clubs, publishers, editorial, social, legal and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Entertain and host strategically important clients at relevant events.


  • Successful and proven track record in media sales.
  • An established network of industry contacts at either/or Media, Sports, PR Agencies and Clients direct.
  • A proven ability of successfully interpreting a client’s objectives, creating an aligned response and presenting.
  • A strong understanding of the media industry (especially digital) and trends within both the football and the sports industry.
  • Experience of selling to both UK and/or International account teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An ambitious, entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
  • A team player.
