Tulsa's professional soccer team is looking for a Data and Analytics Intern to support the Head of Marketing and Brand in the structuring, strategy, and analysis of ditigal traffic data. This individual will get hands-on experience in CRM, ticketing, Google Analytics, and other sources of data to develop strategy and to better interpret the fan journey and increase consumer fan engagement. The desire to be part of a “start-up” and build something special is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Marketing and Brand with digital campaign strategies and implementation.
Help develop metrics to measure performance of implemented initiatives and ROI.
Maintain an understanding of the latest technologies and digital trends/best practices.
Help identify new ways to leverage digital marketing.
Help oversee communications across digital channels and develop ideas to grow fan base.
Design and build models to drive predictive & prescriptive analytics to accelerate business decisions and drive real-time analytical insights.
Research and brainstorm with FC Tulsa departments to identify analytics opportunities to advance automation, help with knowledge discovery, support decision-making, gain insights from data, streamline business processes, and enable new capabilities.
Develop end-to-end efficient model solutions that drive measurable outcomes. Manage the model development lifecycle, including both working with external systems and sources to identify what data are needed, and training the business end-users on how to leverage the modeling output.
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations that explain analytics concepts, technology, and inner workings of solutions to broader teams including non-technical audiences
Attend at least one community engagement event per month.
Experience in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Currently enrolled pursuing your bachelor's degree or program in a related field (Math, Analytics, Statistics, Programming, Digital Marketing, Advertising, Sports Marketing.)
Experience with Google Analytics.

Passion for project-based work.
Bonus: Experience studying marketing analytics.

Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit.
Available 20-25 hours per week, including nights, weekends and game days.
