You’ll be responsible for finding and building new relationships with Football organisations looking to attract the highest quality candidates in the market, ensuring their vacancies and brand are marketed through the most effective channels. You will be involved in all aspects of the business to some extent, with the aim being to lead and manage the company in the long term.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

Business Development

  • Identify growth/diversification opportunities for Jobs In Football and run with them
  • Build and develop the courses & personal development aspect of the business

 

Sales

  • Develop, implement & execute the new sales strategy for the company
  • Take ownership and make decisions on own initiative
  • Have an exceptional telephone manner and have first class customer- service skills
  • Excellent sales experience, requiring excellence in all sales scenarios.
  • Capture key information for all calls and record accurately on CRM system
  • Flexible, accomplished negotiator committed to delivering “win-win” outcomes
  • Expected to make decisions and take ownership to build the business.
  • Research opportunities and competition
  • Document sales trends and customer/prospect feedback and report
  • Manage & update job board

 

 

Account Management

  • Ensure client vacancies are marketed effectively and attract best quality candidates, through best practice digital and recruitment marketing practices
  • Manage a setlist of existing clients and them coming back!
  • Advertise via various channels including social media, email and partner networks
  • Develop candidate attraction strategies and build talent pools across all areas of the game

 

 

Experience & Qualifications

 

Required

Proven sales and business development background, preferably in a recruitment or Football setting.

Experience using and maintaining CRM

Excellent understanding of the Football industry

Strong background in digital marketing

A proven track record of success and delivering results

 

 

Preferred

Experience in building business from start-up to large scale.

Account Management experience with knowledge of recruitment marketing

Strong network within the game

Working knowledge of SEO practices

Good knowledge of digital & email marketing
