Details: Applicants must be 18 years of age due to licensing laws

Hours of work: Matchdays at Vitality stadium 24/25 season 7-10 hours per shift including weekends & Evenings

We are currently recruiting Concourse Bar Supervisors for the 24/25 Premier League season.

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

- Previous experience within a Manager/Supervisory role managing up to 15 members of staff on shift

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment leading from the front.

- Good knowledge and understanding of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety working practises

- Proven track record on delivering high standard of customer service.

- An up to date and current Personal Licence would be an advantage

Duties will include:

Managing a team of Concourse staff on a matchday to ensure the smooth operation of your working area, leading by example, motivating and training a team to meet our guests’ expectations and delivering our product to the standard expected, set out by the management team.

Ensuring all staff are trained in using EPOS till systems.

Ensure your team are always working in line with all health & safety and food hygiene standards set out by the company.

Managing and recording all bar inventory in line with budgets set out by the company.

Ensure bar is fully stocked and replenished where necessary, and all working areas are kept clean and tidy throughout the day.

Lead a team in a challenging environment whereby customer service and satisfaction are the forefront of everything we do.

Be competent in dealing with customer complaints and report all customer feedback through the correct channels.
