Position Overview:
FC Tulsa is looking for a driven designer and editor seeking real-world design and game presentation experience to position themselves for a career in the sports and entertainment industry. Working with the Marketing and Digital team, the primary focus of the position will be to support all aspects of our Game Presentation, online programming, Marketing, Sales, community engagement and other departments by delivering impactful, high-energy programming and synergistic graphic animations across a multi-media asset package that includes HD video, LED ribbon boards, broadcast, and social media. The ideal applicant will be a self-starter, curious about pushing their craft, and be ready to take on new challenges.  The desire to be part of a “start-up” and build something special is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the creation and editing of gameday graphics necessary for sponsors, opponents, and messaging as necessary.
  • Assist with stadium signage and ordering upon necessity.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and brainstorming sessions for creative and engaging content for the fulfillment of Club’s goals.
  • Provide input for and assistance with overall look and feel of brand including interactive and environmental design.
  • Assist Creative Services team with the creation of digital graphics for use on social media outlets, broadcasts, website, and more.
  • Assist with planning and execution of photo and video shoots.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Photography and/or videography experience is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism within a professional sports environment and in media work zones.
  • Copywriting abilities not required, but preferred.
  • Experience in Premiere Pro and Lightroom is a plus. 
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
  • Bilingual capabilities a plus.
  • Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program and eligible for college credit.
  • Available 20-25 hours per week, including nights, weekends and game days.
  • Must have own reliable form of transportation.
  • Must have laptop capable of processing design programs.
  • Some knowledge and abilities in Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and AfterEffects is preferred.
