Key skills and experience will include;

-        Knowledge and experience of working in an elite football scouting environment.

-        Using video-based scouting software such as Wyscout and Instat.

-        Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

-        Ability to collate information and submit designated reports on the Club’s database in a prompt and timely manner.

-        Ability to provide feedback to the Head of Recruitment with recommendations based on live and video scouting, along with up-to-date market intelligence.

-        Organised and flexible approach to working with the Club.

-        Ability to represent the Club in a professional, friendly and approachable way.

-        Ability to travel across the South America region, or worldwide, if required.
