Football Coach U12 boys

We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our dynamic and growing organization as a Lead Coach for one of our Academy teams. This role involves coaching and training at a high level in competitive league football, as well as leading sessions in our Schools programme.

Key Duties:

• Lead one of our Academy teams, competing and training at a high level in competitive league football.
• Lead multiple sessions as part of our Schools programme.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with multiple stakeholders, including parents, partners, and venues.
• Opportunity to directly impact the improvement of the programme through quality coaching and innovative ideas.
• Work in various educational and sporting environments.
• Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for working with young people.
• Adaptability to work in different settings and venues (schools and external venues).
• Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
• Communicate confidently and effectively with young children, parents, and stakeholders.
• Bring creativity to sessions and the wider role.

Requirements:

• FA Level 1 Football (essential)
• FA Level 2 (essential)
• FA UEFA B (desirable)
• FA DBS (preferred)
• Right to live and work in the UK
• Experience of working in an educational or sporting environment
• Passion and enthusiasm for working with young people

Pay: £11.00 - £25.00 per hour
