Job Description

Stoke City Football Club of the English Football League is looking for Hospitality and Event Hosts to support its matchday hospitality, including the supporters bar, and special event operations at the bet365 Stadium. 

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for meeting and greeting customers, visitors and Club personnel, ensuring they have the best possible experience. You will provide a welcoming atmosphere for all guests, always going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for answering queries and providing information as required. You will identify and meet the needs of customers, recognise potential complaint situations and make effective steps to avoid or resolve these situations. 

The ideal candidate will be available to work evenings, which may including working past 10pm, and weekends to cover matchday fixtures and other adhoc events at the bet365 Stadium. 

Positions will be offered on a casual and intermittent basis. All relevant training will be provided.
