Job Description

Overseeing the successful organization and implementation of all public events and match day activities in compliance with the requirements of the Qatar Stars League.


  1. Participate in developing the strategic plan for event management and community relations


  1. Participate in setting the annual budget for the Department of Events and Community Relations and manage the budget of the Events Department and ensure compliance with it.


  1. Supervising an annual plan for all activities and events held by the Foundation.


  1. Supervising activities and events to ensure their compatibility with the required level and requirements of the organization and the comprehensive marketing strategy and plan.


  1. Overseeing the development of appropriate organizational procedures as an important part of the project management approach to ensure the successful implementation of all activities and programs of events.


  1. Ensure the production and distribution of the events operation form for each of the public events and the activations of the distinguished matches to all concerned departments of the organization and the project partners.
  1. Overseeing the calculation of match day operations requirements in relation to the provision of cleaning services and medical support for stadiums hosting matches and catering to match day officials and guests.


  1. Project management for presenting events organized by the Qatar Stars League.


  1. Overseeing the successful flow of activities and events on the day of the event.


  1. Assisting in providing key information for the production of post-event reports for all public event activities, including archiving photographs and videos to ensure documentation of events.


  1. Reviewing comprehensive monitoring reports, post-process reports, and reviewing correspondence records books.


  1. Provide continuous support and guidance to the employees of the events department in the organization, and follow-up to ensure continuous and regular progress.



  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or any related degree.

Knowledge and experience:

  • 10 years of experience in event organization with 3 to 5 years in a related specialist position.
  • Record of accomplishments in project management and completion of certain large scale events.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the local Qatari football culture.
  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  • Advanced skills in MS office.
