Are you passionate about football and experienced in sales? We're seeking a proactive and dynamic individual to lead our business development activities as a Sales Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in selling subscriptions for our cutting-edge Football Benchmark Data & Analytics tool, known as the most comprehensive in the industry, to prospective clients including football clubs, leagues, federations, players’ agents, investors, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients in the football industry.
  • Present the value proposition of our Football Benchmark Data & Analytics tool to potential clients, highlighting its benefits and relevance to their needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the different departments of the company to develop targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our product in the market.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Ensure customers’ satisfaction and a high retention rate.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience in football with a strong understanding of the industry with local and global connections already in hand.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade potential clients.
  • Fluency in English is a must, with top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently while also demonstrating strong teamwork skills, collaborating effectively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and report progress in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency in Spanish, French, or German would be a significant plus.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is a plus.
