The Video Producer/Editor is a full-time position with Minnesota United FC and will be responsible for supporting the production, execution, and creative of all MNUFC production assets.
This position will report to the Senior Director of Production and Match Presentation within the club’s Production Department. Primary duties will focus on producing, shooting, and editing a wide variety of content for MNUFC broadcasts, stadium productions, and digital platforms throughout the year. This position will be located in Golden Valley, MN, but will require additional travel to Allianz Field and MNUFC training facilities.
Responsible for the set-up of production shoots, interviews, training sessions, and matches, etc., including lighting and equipment
Support a variety of production and editing projects throughout the Club
Ideate storylines, features, and new/compelling content for Production Department
Aid in the development of shot lists, storyboard shoots and edit content initiatives for the Club
Support creative content editing and production process
Maintain the Club video server, including ingesting, labeling, and organizing match footage and any other video content captured
Assist and collaborate with the Digital Content team to create video content and maximize existing resources
Work collaboratively across departments to support the values and objectives of the Club
Other duties as assigned by the Senior Director of Production and Match Presentation
Education & Experience
3 to 5 years of production experience
Experience using Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder)
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate across multiple departments
Flexible schedule, which could include working evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Occasional travel required
