Job Title: Girls’ Football Development Manager

Salary: £25k-£29k + Benefits

Contract Type: Permanent

Role Summary:

The role will manage the Foundation’s Girls’ Football Programme, being responsible for the development of the three-tiered youth section, as well as our Girls’ Further Education programme (U16-U18). In addition to this, the successful candidate will line manage two further posts within the football department.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Minimum FA Level 2/UEFA C Qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in disability sports
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering programmes within a football setting
  • IExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Experience of managing staff and budgets
  • Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing circumstances
