The Club is seeking a Digital Media Executive to support the Social Media and Editorial teams in the output for Tottenham Hotspur Men’s First Team across various social media platforms and the Club’s owned and operated platfoms. The successful applicant will work with the existing team in the Content Department, providing a consistent level of high-quality content output, including training and matchday communications across our Men’s, Women’s and Academy teams.


As with all jobs in sport, the position will involve working irregular hours, including weekends, so flexibility will be essential. The successful applicant will also need to an enhanced DBS check as Safeguarding is fundamental to the success in all that we do.

  • Create engaging content from written articles to vertical videos and curate galleries and content playlists.
  • Support the Social Media and Editorial team in planning, creating and scheduling of content across our portfolio of channels
  • Engage and inform the Spurs fanbase across each matchday (including weekends)




  • Responsible for the output across our Academy social media and editorial channels.
  • Produce and publish written content for the Club’s website, app and matchday programme.
  • Curate and publish multimedia content across Club’s owned digital channels.
  • Content creation across the Spurs fanbase and community on a daily basis, ensuring they align with our core content objectives.
  • Filming and editing engaging mobile-shot video content with/of the playing squad
  • Supporting the wider Social Media and Editorial teams with publication of mobile-first content across plaftorms
  • Editing imagery and video content so it is fit for platforms
  • Work flexibly, including evenings and weekends as per the season calendar attending and covering Club fixtures on a rotational basis, home & away, including Men and Women’s First Team, Under-21 and Under-18s’ matches.

  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms with experience of community management
  • A good knowledge of CMS platforms
  • Proven experience working within an editorial environment - within a football environment would be an advantage but not essential
  • Base level knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Premiere Pro and Photoshop) would be advantageous but not essential
  • A good working knowledge of football programming and a passion for its content
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent knowledge of different videos formats
  • Community Management experience
  • A demonstrable knowledge and passion for Football in England across the pyramid
  • Excellent attention to detail, spelling, and grammar
  • Good knowledge of football (and wider sports) social media content
