ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our expanding video department.

At Footballco, we live at the intersection of soccer and culture and are looking for creative and innovative candidates passionate about the beautiful game from the grassroots to professional levels.

Our U.S. video team is responsible for producing best in class editorial and commercial content for our channels and brand partners. You’ll be joining a team with a start-up mentality, hungry to tell soccer related stories and grow the sport in the U.S.

Successful candidates have a deep understanding of pre production, excel at juggling multiple projects at the same time, and are willing to wear many hats. This fast-paced role requires excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and a passion for bringing content from ideation to execution. Channel management or YouTube experience is a plus.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Collaborate with branded and editorial teams for technical and logistical needs

  • Assist with the creation of production budgets for branded and editorial projects

  • Develop and manage shooting schedules and call sheets

  • Secure permits and location agreements

  • Coordinate internal and external crew logistics, including travel and accommodation arrangements

  • Assist with day-to-day production operations

  • Oversee vendor agreements and contracts

  • Oversee credential applications

  • Help plan remote shoots

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Production Manager or Account Manager, preferably in video production, media, or branded content

  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and budgets

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and take initiative and juggle multiple projects at once

  • Local to New York City

  • Ability to organize work well, with extreme attention to detail

  • Knowledge of costs and budget-conscious

  • Ability to consistently stay on top of many small tasks

BONUS POINTS

  • Large network of crew contacts around the country

  • Previous relationships with vendors

  • Familiarity with New York or Los Angeles filming locations and studio rentals

  • Prior experience in media and branded content

  • Previous work with integrated CRM systems

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, NetSuite, ClickUp, Google Drive

  • Experience working with live streaming and live event activations
