The full-time Partnership & Sales Manager is responsible for the development, implementation, and fulfillment of all partnership sales. This key role is responsible for establishing the strategies and philosophies that will drive the sales team and plans to achieve targeted revenue objectives, ensuring that decisions drive the long-term success of FITEQ. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships:



  • To have an up-to-date knowledge on the ongoings in the sports industry.
  • Create sponsorship opportunities for FITEQ, and cultivate, procure and manage partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners.
  • Conduct sales outreach through cold calling and emails, schedule meetings, create and customise sales proposals, lead or assist negotiations with potential partners in contractual discussions.
  • Assist in the preparation and design of sponsorship sales brochures, pamphlets, advertisements, or other sales materials where required.
  • Maintain close relations with partners to create and develop partnership activations initiatives to ensure that clients’ KPIs are met, as part of renewal efforts.
  • Work together with the event operations team to ensure the fulfilment of all FITEQ partnership contracts.
  • Creating post event reports for clients for performance reporting and as part of renewal efforts.
  • Assist Head of Partnerships with any other ad-hoc tasks.
  • Attend staff meetings and any other official meetings as required
  • Attend networking events

Job requirements


  • At least 3 years of experience in partnership sales in the sports industry
  • Degree in Business, Marketing and Communication is a plus.
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in teams.
  • Resourceful and creative.
  • Passion for sports and business.
  • Proficient in the English language.
  • Ability to work in multiple languages.
