Salary range: $90,000-$110,000

Job Description:

As the Vice President of Marketing and Communications for Las Vegas Lights FC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the club’s brand, growing the fan base, and driving revenue through strategic marketing initiatives, campaigns, and platforms.



As a part of the senior leadership team, you will lead a team of marketing and communications professionals and collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and leadership skills will be instrumental in elevating the club and engaging fans, sponsors, and the broader Las Vegas sports community.



  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, drive ticket sales and partnership revenue, and increase fan engagement
  • Oversee the creation of and development of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential
  • Lead the club’s market research efforts to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Collaborate with the corporate partnership team to create integrated marketing initiatives, programs, and platforms that maximize revenue opportunities and deliver value to sponsors
  • Collaborate with the ticket sales department to craft compelling ticket offers, develop and execute go-to market promotions, and reach new audiences via creative campaigns
  • Manage the organization's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, communications, and other touchpoints
  • Oversee the club’s communications and public relation efforts to maximize local, regional, and national media coverage
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize future strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the marketing team, providing mentorship and guidance to develop talent



  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in marketing and communications, including experience managing and leading a team
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field. 
  • Proven track record of success in senior marketing roles, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry
  • Applied experience in driving revenue with creative and innovative marketing campaigns and platforms
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and inspiring high-performing teams
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media trends, and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for soccer, understanding of the American soccer landscape, and a keen understanding of the sports industry
  • Understanding of the Las Vegas market and sports and entertainment landscape preferred
