Job Description:

Al Ittihad Football Club is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Digital to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive the digital transformation of our club. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in e-commerce, performance marketing, CRM, SEO, SEM, and membership management. This role is pivotal in enhancing our online presence and maximizing the digital engagement of our fans and customers.

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance the club’s online presence and increase revenue.

 

 

  • Manage the club’s e-commerce operations, including website management, online merchandise sales, and user experience.

 

 

  • Oversee the performance marketing efforts to optimize campaigns across various digital channels.

 

 

  • Lead the CRM strategy to enhance fan engagement, loyalty programs, and personalized communication.

 

 

  • Implement effective SEO and SEM strategies to increase visibility and traffic to the club’s digital platforms.

 

 

  • Manage the membership platform, ensuring a seamless experience for members and maximizing membership growth and retention.

 

 

  • Analyse digital marketing data to report on performance and adjust strategies as needed.

 

 

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with overall club objectives.

 

 

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to keep the club at the forefront of digital innovations.

 

 

Qualifications:

 

 

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in sports, entertainment, or related industries.

 

 

  • Proven track record in managing e-commerce, performance marketing, CRM, SEO, and SEM.

 

 

  • Experience in developing and managing membership platforms.

 

 

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and tools to analyse performance.

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

 

 

  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.

 

 

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
