TITLE:  Premium Member Services Assistant

DEPARTMENT: Ticket Sales & Member Experience 

REPORTS TO: Director of Member Experience 

FLSA:  Hourly, Part-Time

 

WHAT SETS YOU APART:  The Premium Member Services Assistant is responsible for managing the premium desk in the gate D lobby on match days for Orlando City, Orlando Pride, and outside events at Inter&Co Stadium. This person will be a representative of the Club by providing superior customer service and problem resolution for guests on match days. This individual will collaborate with the Premium Member Experience Specialists to create a premium and efficient environment in the West Club lobby, with the ultimate goal of influencing fans to come back time and time again to enjoy matches at Inter&Co stadium. The Assistant will also work in office assisting Account Managers with day to day activities related to the retention of premium accounts. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer service on match days to assist fans with questions & match day issues.
  • Manage the desk in the West Club lobby during the match to ensure the space stays clean and organized.
  • Be a friendly face to all guests, welcoming them to the stadium and forming relationships with repeat attendees.
  • Collaborate with the premium experience team to consistently improve the match day experience.
  • Work all Orlando City, Orlando Pride and outside events held at Inter&Co Stadium.
  • Assist with other Season Ticket Member events when necessary.
  • Work 6-8 hours a week in the Orlando City & Pride front office assisting the premium experience team with day to day tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven customer service experience
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail required.
  • Ability to work well on a team and independently.
  • Excellent ability to establish rapport with others and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
  • Exhibit good judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
